It seems that every time you turn on the news, pick up a newspaper, or log onto the Internet, there is yet another story of an athlete being arrested for DUI. Often, a story ensues in which a silent athlete relies on an attorney to discuss the case with the media. The details often vary, but the basic plot is often the same.
